Intensive Courses in Collaboration with F9

ULB Langues, in partnership with F9 languages in Brussels, a long-standing language school and non-profit organization, offers language support courses in FRENCH, ENGLISH, and DUTCH. These extracurricular courses are available in addition to your regular classes, even if your program does not include language courses.

Intensive courses for levels A1, A2, and B1 are taught by F9 teachers.

These sessions take place during university breaks, over a period of 5 consecutive mornings, excluding public holidays, on the Solbosch campus in the P buildings.

No ECTS credits will be given for these courses.

Are the courses online or in-person ?

The courses are held in-person on the Solbosch campus.

Am I eligible for the French courses ?

The French courses offered by ULB Langues are only for ULB students.

Do I need to register for the level test ?

Registration for the placement test is no longer required. You can access the level test directly on the specified dates.

Is the test mandatory to access the French courses ?

Yes, the placement test helps our teachers assign you to the appropriate group based on your language level.

What are the registration fees for the courses ?

Only the summer courses for intermediate and advanced levels (A2+ to C1) cost 75€. Annual courses (all levels) are completely free.
