How to Register?

For English and French:

1. Carefully read the presentation PowerPoint here.

2. Complete the registration form https://forms.microsoft.com/e/S5iMvp32iW?origin=lprLink or scan the QR code below before Thursday, 2 October 2025. Classes start the week of Monday 6 October 2025.






3. Once the form has been submitted, the teacher will register you in the UV Prolingua course in order to take the placement test. You will also need to book a short 10 minute Teams appointment with the teacher to introduce yourself and share your expectations.


For Dutch:

1. Carefully read the presentation PowerPoint here (pages 9 to 12). For any beginner course requests, please contact the HR Training Department directly at formations.drh@ulb.be

2. Complete the registration form https://forms.microsoft.com/e/NdiTqh8W48?origin=lprLink or scan the QR code below before Friday 26 September 2025. Classes start the week of 29 September 2025.

3. Once the form has been submitted, your registration is confirmed. You simply need to attend the first class. See course schedule above.
